I feel good, but now I've got a throat tickle again (grrr)

Sleep: 7 hours solid
HR: forgot
Weight: forgot

Breakfast: 2 muffins

Lunch: 2 zatars (with lettuce, olives, hot peppers, mint, and pickled turnip), tuna salad

Dinner: curry fries and lots of beer
