New Canada Food Guide

Just a quick note to say that a new version of the Canada Food Guide has been released. It's available for free for download or delivery. I've also attached a PDF version of it to this post.

Although some good points have been made as to the quantity of food that they seem to recommend being too high for the needs of many people.

I think the new food guide is a lot better choises and I think that it would be necessary to send them out to all the schools for better nutrition.
