8 hours solid sleep and I feel quite healthy. I still have the odd cough but it doesn't seem to mean anything.
Sleep: 8 hours solid HR: didn't take Weight: forgot Breakfast: Vector and skim milk Lunch: 2 zaatar's (with lettuce, olives, hot peppers, mint, and pickled turnip), tuna salad Snack: a banana with 2 bagels and cream cheese (pre run) Dinner: mix salads including egg salad Trackback URL for this post:http://www.tanh.net/trackback/262
