Feel a bit of a cold coming on, but we'll see where it goes.

Sleep: 8 hours solid
HR: didn't take
Weight: forgot

Breakfast: Vector and skim milk

Snack: spelt cookie

Lunch: 2 zaatars (with lettuce, olives, hot peppers, mint, and pickled turnip), tuna salad

Dinner: a veggie sub

Snack: sun chips (bad I know)
