I feel a little bit of a cold again but I'm still mostly healthy.
Sleep: 8 hours solid HR: didn't take Weight: 181.5 lbs Breakfast: Vector and skim milk Lunch: 2 zatars (with lettuce, olives, hot peppers, mint, and pickled turnip), tuna salad Dinner: 3 empanadas, and some butternut squash dip with a bagel and bread.
