2006-11-26 Weekly Total

It's been a good solid week of training. I'm 45min short of my weekly goal, but I'm still just beginning to build again, so I don't feel too bad. In the next week or two I'm going to assess my goals, my available time, my races, and come up with a training plan (and set of rules) for the season. This might seem a little anal to those who don't have my particular goals, but in order to reach them I need to be fairly strict with myself. The key is to try to find a balance that won't drive me nuts.
