I like the look of this triathlon club. I'll probably opt for the McGill club because it's cheaper and very good, but this one has it's appeal.

This is a high end triathlon club that's attached to McGill, but you don't have to be a McGill student to join. You do however have to be a member of it's athletic center.
Olympic Stadium (pool)Submitted by matthew on Sat, 2006-11-25 10:18.
The Olympic stadium pool is open for free swim almost all day and evening. It's also a full size Olympic pool, but they have it laned off sideways so it's really only 25 meters. They also have a training pool that's available when the main pool is being used. With an Access Montreal card (available for $7 at most libraries) you can get in for $2.50.

This place is amazing... it has everything. It's got a great Olympic size swimming pool, a great indoor running track, and if you want you can take courses in several Olympic type sports that I almost never see available anywhere. It's also where the Montreal Impact play.

Bikes, gear, reviews, and general interest.
Triathlete MagazineSubmitted by matthew on Sat, 2006-11-25 09:18.
I frequently read this magazine. It's got great articles, photos, training advice, and race reports.
Runner's WorldSubmitted by matthew on Sat, 2006-11-25 09:13.
A magazine about running. It's was worth subscribing to, but for environmental reasons I stopped subscribing to magazines all together. I do, however, periodically pick it up at the news stand.
