This is a meta page gathering all Triathlon related posts. So if I post about swimming, cycling, running it can be found here. This page will also capture race info, training info, equipment reviews, links, and any number of other items.

This is the log of training, I'd like it to be more than just a blog log, but I'm not prepared to write a training log module for Drupal just yet. I may note my times and distances in a particular format so that I can later use PHP to parse them out of the database and keep a running tally. Anyway, this is where I will track all of my training related activities, stats, and dietary choices so that I can chart my progress and spot trends in need of improvement.

Putting my money where my mouth is, here you will find all of my race results. I've not spent my life pursuing athletic pursuits; choosing instead to live the life of bohemian wannabe throughout my 20s (coffee, cigarettes, beer, music, art, and poetry were the staples of my life). However, I'm rather proud of the results that I've been getting, especially considering the fact I raced my first race ever at age 34 in 2005. I should probably point out the fact that I started to get into cycling for distance at 30 (after I quit smoking), and I took up swimming and running at 32-33. I am rather obsessive compulsive in my approach to things like this, so I expect to see improvement in both my distances and times.
